I honestly don't know how different it would be I've never been able to go full Renegade and I have hundreds of playthroughs my hands literally direct me to paragon choices when I am talking to squadmates even with Jacob lol but I go ALL out to NPCs, in ME2 at least haha like that Merc in the skyscraper the preaching Krogan this it goes on they are just so funny and badass I recommend trying them out at least :D.
