In the first instance I would like to read a sample of your writing to ensure that we’re a good fit and that the service you’re interested in is appropriate for your book. If I don’t think we can work together, for whatever reason, I’ll be happy to recommend you to another editor or suitable professional.

Your material may be submitted either by email as a doc file or by post. If you submit by email, a small charge of 10 pence per page will be added, to cover the cost of printing.

Please submit as you would to an agent or publisher: Times New Roman or similar serif font, 12 point, double spaced on white paper, with one-inch margins.

If you send your manuscript as hard copy, you may wish to use recorded delivery rather than first-class post. I’ll let you know as soon as I have it. Additionally, if you wish your manuscript returned, please include a SASE.

Once I am in receipt of your cleared payment, I will begin your critique. Payment may be made by cheque, PayPal or bank transfer.
