I’ve tried to email them, do the messenger option as well and they haven’t responded to anything. If you cant find that, go to the website customer service and submit a request (I'm in store so not totally sure abt online but) there should be an order number in your initial email confirmation that will validate you made the order and also want to cancel. They got back to me saying they weren’t sure what had happened, but they would honor the prices I originally paid.
