The restaurant seats 120 including a private dining or conference area that can seat 30. Arrived at 5:40 right at the start of service, we were the only guests and were seated right next to the main entrance.

However, the chairs and tables are too simple, leaving you to wonder it that's actually a cafe or a restaurant.The meals that I had were pretty average, I tried better italian cuisine for the same price in Brisbane.The service was good though.So, overall, this place is worth visiting if you happened to be in Chermside, you don't want to drive anywhere and you really want italian cuisine. Menus were given to us and then we did not see wait staff again for 15 minutes, it was then that we were given water and placed our order for mains and drinks. Bella Cosi Modern Italian Chermside is open for lunch on Friday from 12pm and for dinner Tuesday to Saturday from 5:30pm. Closed public holidays. I would highly recommend it!! It oozes Italian charm, with red, black, and white seats and furnishings and an Italian street scene occupying an entire wall that gives you itchy feet and makes you want to travel.

I haven't tasted Italian food like the food at Bella Cosi since actually being in Italy.
