The man at the reception speaks awful english and he is a detached bored man sitting behind desk but the highlight is Alexandra ''the manager''.. she is extremely rude and it is obvious that she has no idea how to run a hotel, i boubt if she could be even an adequate receptionist given that she cannot speak english or solve simple problems that shouldn't exist in the first place. Very helpful! Splendour Resort is an excellent choice for travelers visiting Firostefani, offering a family-friendly environment alongside many helpful amenities designed to enhance your stay. Hotel is mostly suited I would say to couples but did see a mother and baby during our stay, we had a suite room with a pool, which during a pandemic we thought was a wise choice and contacted the hotel directly to discuss details , well worth it and without say all staff were very friendly and welcoming. I think this resort has more potential and should try to enhance the experience for guests staying off season. I would personally recommend the Jnr suite with pvt pool for not only a spacious room and luxury of a private pool but it gives you unrivalled views across this amazing.
