If you are growing a tolerance, which I think you would know already given you've been taking it for awhile so this comment might not be useful, I've found it helpful to take a lower dose on the weekend (for me I don't need to be as productive on the weekend so lower dose for ADHD is ok, but only 20mg makes it harder for me to prevent binging) and a higher dose during the work week (I take 50mg).
