The food was spectacular; we got so many compliments from our guests. They were all extremely attentive to say the least. Our guests enjoyed themselves! Overwhelmingly though, we are so thankful for Coast and Zilli for making our wedding so special.

The only complications that we ran into along the way were confusions about what was/not included in the contract language, complexities with requiring to put a tent on hold and cancel in advance (and receive a refund after the wedding) and version controls between documents.

My husband and I had toured quite a few venues before seeing Coast, and as soon as we walked in we knew we had found the one!

She helped us tour multiple Zilli venues, got us in touch with the right people and more importantly, always made sure that those people got back to us with the information we needed.

The steaks will melt in your mouth, and the chicken is very moist.

Side story - when we were unable to get our favorite beer (Oberon) due to seasonality, Roxann made a special stop and brought us a 6-pack on our wedding day.

Coast encompasses some of the most intimate views the Milwaukee lakefront has to offer. Though we had some issues I feel they were all addressed and these mistakes will never be repeated.

During our planning stages we worked with Roxann, who was amazingly quick to respond and very helpful in answering all of our questions.

Everything was so incredibly perfect and beautiful. Our executive chefs pay attention to the tiniest details. Experience an event surrounded by a wall of glass displaying a lush landscape and gorgeous Lake Michigan coast. We loved the intimacy of the event space—even with our crowd of 186.

If anything came up the day of, I never had to hear about it. They planned a black tie affair at Coast and kept things clean, classic, and personal.

Coming from Chicago, we were a bit concerned about having to book a reception out of town.

They did a great job asking us throughout the night if we needed anything, even if it was just a refill from the bar. From weather on a possible engagement picture day to stressing about the timeline, she was comforting with her level of experience and personality. They helped coordinate details with the vendors prior to and on the day of so that my husband and I could really focus on enjoying every moment of that day.

I was nervous about having to use their dedicated DJ service - DJ's on the Mix - but it turned out very well. He really appreciated Katie's attention to details and her making sure everyone was well taken care of during the evening. They were extremely kind and were very reliable. We have received several compliments from family and friends about how beautiful the venue was along with what everyone remembers, the food.

There is no higher priority within our organization. om the moment we met Roxann at the wedding show in January we knew Coast and its staff was the venue for a beautiful event.

The atmosphere was just what we were looking for and the girl on site that day, Sara, was a god send. It truly was a night to celebrate with everyone they love. The couple was married on a terrace with beautiful views of the lake and downtown Milwaukee. I could focus on my marriage knowing that the staff were taking care of all the details. I applaud him for his efforts to continue to make Coast one of the preferred venues in Milwaukee. Open hearted and quick to laugh, they love to share a craft brew with friends and to show off their beloved city of Milwaukee. I can not tell you how often we heard from our guests that we had the best wedding they had ever been to,and it was very apparent our guests enjoyed themselves and truly meant it!! Candy and Roxann were great during the planning phase and Paul provided excellent service during the reception. Chelsea + Rob tied the knot downtown surrounded by their closest friends and family. We partner with the best local vendors and secure the freshest ingredients.

I would highly recommend Coast and Zilli Hospitality! One other dish came out on the chilled side that was supposed to be warm/hot. The reason I'm not giving them 5 stars - the time leading up to our day. I would recommend Coast to anyone looking for the perfect wedding reception venue! From a cost perspective, Coast is very reasonable compared to a downtown Milwaukee hotel. Safety is at the forefront of everything we do.

I enjoyed the stations much more than the traditional sit down dinner. She emailed almost daily verifying that I was completing everything and making sure she had an understanding of exactly everything I wanted.

There has been a critical error on your website. I loved the little things the staff did, such as bring myself and my husband a platter of all the hors d'oeurves when we got seated for dinner in case we didn't get them during cocktail hour.

In addition, on the day of the wedding, Paul and his staff worked tirelessly to make sure our wedding was flawless (e.g., Paul coordinated with all of the vendors, made sure everyone had enough to eat, drink, etc.). Coast is ideal for refined weddings and events. Sarah + Matt’s wedding at The Coast was a GORGEOUS day. With regard to the actual venue, the second my wife and I walked into Coast, we fell in love with it. Thank you to all who make our day so wonderful and memorable!!

The pricing is straight forward and simple to understand. It is a picture postcard perfect venue with stunning views of Lake Michigan and situated on one of the loveliest spots in Milwaukee. All staff were incredibly professional and consistently asked my parents and myself (the bride) if we needed anything or if we had any concerns.

The food and drinks were amazing.

The food was great!

They were responsive, thoughtful, flexible and provided some of the best customer service one could imagine. We are monitoring the developing situation very closely.

All in all, the waitstaff walking around the venue helping to clear items were all smiling and wonderful. It showcases multiple spaces you can fill with tents, dance floors, product displays and most importantly—the people you work with and care about.

It was an awesome day all around- we really had time to enjoy our wedding and meet with our guests because the staff handled the transition of events throughout the day seamlessly.

The food was unbelievably delicious. The staff was very friendly as well. She helped us with all the decisions and talked with even our outside vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. I can't envision a more beautiful place to get married in downtown Milwaukee. Talk to vendors about contingency plans should you need to make adjustments in the future.

It was such an amazing experience that I can't stop smiling writing this review! Outstanding! The Zilli staff was fabulous to work with, from booking and planning, to the wait staff, event manager and the bartenders! Those two small issues weren't major enough to prevent me from using Zilli again.

We met at the venue and walked to take pictures by the art museum and lake.

Finally, I want to emphasize that from start to finish, Paul and Candy at Zilli went above and beyond to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams.

The deorations looked great! The staff at Coast worked with me A TON to make sure they were within my budget and that everything would be just how I wanted it. If you want what has to be one of the best places for a wedding reception in downtown Milwaukee, then Coast is DEFINITELY the place for you.

Roxann and Candy helped us with understanding the pricing and different options for food and drink. Zilli was so great to work with for my 7/20/19 wedding!!.

I cannot recommend this venue highly enough.

The staff was also so helpful at the end of the night when we ran into an issue (not related to venue or reception), staying late into the night to help us. My one only thing, which I heard through the guests, was that the bartender's didn't always have the best of attitudes towards some of the guests.

It is truly a beautiful and unique place. Most importantly, we have taken a many proactive steps to extend our already secure sanitation practices at every level in the interest of our customers' and associates' health and safety.
