This is the first time i've bought a "pro" controller with the pads and all that, and it just feels like a downgrade and a waste of money.

Maybe, i've just been unlucky and received a bad controller, but i've found that many other people have experienced similar issues with some version of the Razer Raiju.

A temporary solution is to forcefully blow air into the stick compartment. - Jumping, ADS, strafing left, and then turning left.

For the moment there is no fix.

It went from 10% - 15% turn speed, to maybe as high as 20%.

Fast forward 1 month and the drifting has become so much worse, the joystick moves slower while turning to the left and downwards. I did this so i could just confirm that the issue wasn't with my ps4 or that i had done something wrong in the setup process. The fact that i feel the need to post this on the Razer sub-reddit is just insanely bad customer support by Razer.Razer should have already communicated to us the customers that this problem has been fixed. The controller sticks are not sealed with the front faceplate.

When I contacted Razer they said to download firmware 1.03 and that hasn't solved any issues. I did also notice that at times it would not move to the left at all.

The Razer was connected wirelessly, so I thought I might try and see, if the delay changed if I used the USB cable, but for some reason, I couldnt connect it this way, just as if the cable didnt work.

This is extremely annoying to play with in a FPS, and I cant imagine this is how the controller is supposed to work. Looks like you're using new Reddit on an old browser. Please PM us the serial number of your Razer Controller so we can verify the product in our system. I cannot see the Razer Raiju Tournament Edition controller in the list of devices on the PS4 when I’m trying to pair.
